Shelly-ann Frasyer -Pryce

           Shelly-ann Fraser-Pryce the world's fastest woman.Became the first Caribbean woman to win the 100 meter Olympic gold medal.

          Fraser,who trained for the Olympics with teammate Asfa Powel became the first Jamaican woman in history to win an  gold medal in the 100- meter sprint.But her gain did not stop here,she also had other achievements.Such as the 2009 Berlin world championships,2012 London Olympics,and many other.

         This young woman was born on December 27,1986,in kingston Jamaica.After graduating from wolmer's highchool for in kingston,she went to be a sprinter and this how she specialized in the 100 meter.

           However, aside from from being a track star.To many her diminutive size reflects who she is off the track.Doing endless charity work,especially for children of a young age within the minimum of fuss. Her work with children have a personal side to it after a childhood of her growing up in a violent area.A cousin was victim of.She try her best to make a change for good.By refusing to accept her purpose was only to survive.
          Her work of this determination was infused into her by her mother maxine.Who brought her , and her two brothers up on her own.When asked by the daily telegraph shortly  after , she had added a wordily 100 meter gold to her olympic title from Bejing .She states"now its a Jamaican woman ,and children who are my inspiration.It was hard for her.Sometime she didn't have enough to eat.She states"I go to school with no luck money ,and my school would have to provide it.My mum wouldn't let me go outside,coming back from school,the gang men will say somethings.But I would walk by not answering,my mum would go tell them leave me alone"
         Such a tough upbringing forged a sprit of handwork ,and commitment into her,and because of these obstacles.She wanted to make her life different to those of her mother,and many others

Ways to know you are a Jamaican

7. Every Sunday morning you wake up early to clean your entire house until you become exhausted then you take a nap.
8. The only beer you will drink is Heineken or Guinness and nothing else
9. You think a woman has to have “meat on her bones” in order to be sexy
10. When you talk to your relatives back home you shout
11. when you talk about living back home in Jamaica you say ‘a yard’
12. You like your shoes to match your hat, and everything else in between
13. You use your Vaseline to lotion your face, moisturize your lips, and put on cuts

I remember, I remember

Back in time, visiting Jamaica.

There I was born.

Growing up in Jamaica,Life wasn't easy.

My mom finding bus fair to send me to school.
Boy,oh boy was that a task.

Life wasn't always about what you get out of it.
But what you can make out of.
Having family who love ,and care for you made everything alright.

We will live as one.
Share as one.
We will  always love one.

Things a Jamaican man like in a woman

A women who can cook:
Jamaican man love a woman ,who can cook Jamaican food.They will appreciate it.

A women who can keep a house:
Many Jamaican men themselves are raised to do the same, so his standards for house order, will be high. 

Junk in the trunk :
Not all but most Jamaican man like a women with a behind.they find it appealing,and sexy.

A Women who cares ,and listen:
Listening to the feelings of your Jamaican guy is another quality Jamaican men like in a woman. 

A Woman who speak her mine:
Keeping your opinion to your self is almost unheard of in Jamaican Culture. So, don’t think that by not saying whats on your mind, is helping your relationship. Jamaicans just don’t believe in that.
